<p>Ok, above is the FEMA trailer here in Biloxi, when they finally sent relief down here.  Below are the new Katrina cottages.  These things are slightly larger than the campers above.  The Democrat in me says, &#8220;Damn this really sucks.  What did they use all that money on?&#8221;  The republican in me says, &#8220;Well, at least they have a roof over their head.&#8221;  The realist in me says, &#8220;Seriously, it&#8217;s good they have a roof over their head but someone really dropped the ball here!  Fire whoever that person was and all his sub-managers.&#8221;</p>
